Easter Fun

The kids were off of school for Spring Break the week before Easter. One of those days we had a pajama breakfast party.

Kaylee picked out the powdered donuts.

Kaden picked out the miniature sized cereal boxes.

I also made pancakes. After breakfast we watched Here comes Peter Cotton Tail.

The night before Easter we decorated Easter eggs.

The kids were both excited for Easter so instead of cute smiles I ended up getting silly faces. :)

Easter morning the kids searched the living room to find where the Easter Bunny hid their eggs.

After they found all of their eggs they read the first clue to find where the Easter Bunny hid their Easter Baskets.

This year they were hidden in the toy closet.

The best part of Easter was getting to watch General Conference. In between sessions we took the kids to the park to try out some of their new toys from the Easter Bunny. Geoff stole their squirt guns and tried to soak them.

We started out rolling eggs but it quickly turned into an egg throwing contest.

This is what their eggs ended up looking like.

We also had fun with rocket balloons and bubbles.

We had a nice Easter and enjoyed spending it together as a family.

I love how you seem to find all the fun things to do in whatever area you live and just do them. I loved the story about Kaden and the space derby! :o)
