We took a day trip to Germantown, MD with some of our good friends to attend the Bunnyland event at Butler's Orchard. When we first pulled up the kids went crazy. It seemed like they had died and gone to heaven. :) They couldn't wait to get out of the car and join in on all of the fun.
They had big slides that the kids LOVED. Kaylee was nervous to go down the first time but once she did she discovered how much fun it was and couldn't wait to run back up the hill to go again.

The setting was beautiful! I am hoping to go back in a few months to pick strawberries.
They got to participate in a Rubber Ducky Derby which they loved.
We went on a hayride through Bunnyland.

The kids got to participate in an egg hunt.
They both filled their buckets full of eggs.
They also had a bounce house and obstacle course. There were so many fun things to do. The kids just kept running from one thing to the next.
There were lots of photo opts which I loved.
The kids got to see chicks, bunnies, and lambs.
We all thought the chicks were super cute!

This lamb was so sweet with Kaylee.

On the way out they each got a goodie basket to take home.
The goodie baskets were filled with a cookie, a sucker, stickers, a few small toys, and an apple. Kaden and Kaylee couldn't wait to tell Geoff all about it. In fact they are still talking about how much fun it was.

Im so glad to see posting all the fun things going on. The kids look so big and it doesn't seem like we left you guys all that long ago. I am holding on to the hope that it won't be too much longer until you are close by us again :). Loved all the pictures.
Score! Looks like the right place to go to have some fun! We are eating strawberries right now, but nothing like the fresh out of the garden kind. Hope you have fun picking some out later. Super jealous! You're such a fun mom!

Your kids are getting so old. Kaylee's hair is super long!! We miss you guys.
What a fun time! I can't believe Kaden and Kaylee are in shorts and short-sleeve shirts. It is snowing here again today (for the third day in a row!)
I love the post about the Space Derby. I am so happy he won! I am sure that Luke would be just as nervous. I can just picture him and his trophy. I am glad he is so proud, he should be.
We're sad we had to miss this trip. But after seeing your pictures, we're definitely putting it on our places to visit next year. :)
