My mom hosted a candy making day for the girls on her side of the family. It has been more then four years since I have seen most of them. I loved catching up with all of them. We spent the day making taffy, fudge, divinity, and cashew brickle.

The kids all had fun pulling and wrapping the taffy. Kaden made the taffy with Grandma's help. He did a great job, it turned out really good!

We made two batches of fudge.

The girls loved eating the leftover fudge in the pan.

From left to right: Amber (Jordan's girlfriend), Lina (my sister), Tami (my cousin), Natalie (my cousin's wife), and Stacey (My cousin).

From left to right: Stacey again, Brenda (my cousin), my mom, and my aunt Sue.

Tami and I are only a few months apart. It was fun catching up with her. I didn't get pictures of my sister-in-laws Nickole and Kamisha. Hopefully my mom got some.

What a fun get-together. Your hair looks so gorgeous in that last picture.
Kaylee always has the cutest hair.
You'll have to pass on the brickle recipe. I'm glad you are in good company.
Jadi, isn't it great to be back in Utah where you can enjoy spending time with family! That is what we always missed most about living away, missing out on fun family things. Looks like a wonderful day!
