Meeting Our Local Firefighters

Today we met some friends at the library to meet our local firefighters. The kids got to make their own firefighter hats, listen to the firefighters explain what they do, and sit in the fire truck. We love the library. We visit it at least twice a week. Kaden was especially excited to go today because he wants to be a firefighter when he grows up.

You just made me realize that today is Safety Day at Draper Park. I guess I missed it. Darn. Your kids look like they love the fire engine. That is always a favorite!

Libraries are great. Adam has lived at one for almost a year now. Looks like the fun never stops with you guys.

Jadi, you should totally work for the travel and tourism board wherever you live because you can make any place seem like the most exciting place in the whole world! I think it is wonderful that you take the time to find such fun and educational things for your kids. They really are lucky.

I really like seeing the things you and your kids do. I really like how you take advantage of whatever the area you live has to offer. :o)

We love the library too! I don't know what we'd do without it, especially in the winter.

Wow Jadi! I don't blog for awhile and look at all the fun things you have done! Your kids are so cute, and they must just love having you for a mom you're so good at it! Really wish we weren't so cheap so that we could come out and visit you.

I bet your kids love being your kids. :)

By the way, I made Train Burgers tonight from your recipe website and they were so awesome! We're trying to make homemade meals more often so I check that blog all the time. I'm looking forward to trying out some of the other recipes you have there!
