Our Visit to The Clark's Elioak Farm

I read about this place on the internet and it sounded like something I thought we would LOVE. I was right! We had so much fun at the Clark's Elioak Farm. It is located in Ellicott City, MD. There use to be a place called the Enchanted Forrest that had all kinds of storybook statues and houses. It closed down years ago and then this place decided to restore the old statues and houses and add them to their farm. They also have a fun petting zoo with a donkey, pony, horses, rabbits, goats, sheep, pigs, chickens and ducks. Kaden loved how it tickled when the goats licked the food off of his hand. Kaylee was a little nervous around the animals but enjoyed looking at them. During our picnic some chickens came over and were trying to get some of our food. They were annoying Kaden so I am guessing that might have ended his fascination with chickens! :) After our picnic we went on a hayride through the woods. We ended our visit with snow cones. I LOVE going on outings with my kids. They are so much fun to be with and I love watching their eyes light up when they are excited or experience something new.
