Urban Pirate Adventure

We took the kids on an Urban Pirate Adventure in Baltimore. It was so much fun! The kids are still talking about it.

When we arrived they gave the kids temporary tattoos and dressed us up in pirate clothes.

Here are the kids picking out their tattoos.

The crew did a great job at keeping the kids entertained throughout the whole cruise.

They taught them pirate songs and dances.

They both loved the water canons.

They even had the opportunity to shoot the water canons at some of the land lovers walking along the Inner Harbor.

During the cruise a bad pirate named Mad Dog showed up. The kids had to fight him off with the water canons.

The kids all loved soaking the bad guy. :)

They learned how to tie knots and tied Geoff up. :)

They played the limbo game.

At the end of the cruise they each got to choose two pieces of the treasure to take home.

The Pirate Cruises leave from the Fells Point area. It is a historic area close to the Inner Harbor in Baltimore. It has cobble stone streets, great views of the water, and some fun shops to walk through. After the cruise we stopped at Maggie Moo's to enjoy some ice cream with some of our good friends. It was a fun day!

That looks so fun! We've done one in Annapolis, but not that one in Baltimore. I agree with everyone--I LOVE the picture of Kaylee and Geoff.

What an awesome daddy daughter pic! I'm totally going to stage that same pic with my girls and then say "okay, now hold my hand and prance around like your having fun and make it look like I'm a good dad!" :P Forget the Joneses, I'm trying to keep up with the Gunnersons. Jadi, your family are so very lucky to have you as a mother and outing planner extraordinaire. Love all the new posts. Thanks for sharing. We miss you guys.

We've always wanted to try a Pirate Adventure either in Baltimore or Annapolis. We'll have to for sure now! I agree with everyone, the picture of Kaylee and Geoff is great. Such a wonderful "in-the moment" photo..I love those little unposed moments I get of Isaac.
I wish we could join you on some of these adventures, I miss you :)
