We had a fun St. Patrick's Day! Our kids always look forward to decorating a treasure box to leave out in the moonlight for the leprechauns. In the morning they run to see what the leprechauns left for them. This year they got candy and coins. Today was Kaylee's special day for March. It was Geoff's turn to take her out. He took her to Chick-Fil-A. Chick-Fil-A was passing out free green ice cream for St. Patrick's Day. Kaylee thought that was cool. Our St. Partick's Day dinner included fettuccine with green Alfredo sauce, green peas, green jello, green salad, green punch and bread sticks. The kids enjoyed the fettuccine Alfredo and it showed all over their faces. For dessert we had a shamrock cake. During family home evening we played a game where the kids had to find the green shamrock coins that were hidden around the house. They traded the coins in for prizes.

Sounds like you guys had a great St. Patty's day! I'm not sure if you remember me, but I taught Kaden for a little while in primary when you were in Laramie. I just wanted to let you know I linked your holiday ideas blog to my most recent post.

Is there anything you DON'T do? You are amazing. I love all of the great things you do with your kids..you are so creative. My kids and I like to look at other blogs, and they like me to tell them about them. They say "Let's look at the fun mom's blog". My kids a little jealous that they don't have a mom like you. Oh well...I'm trying!
