Kaden's Wolf Award

Kaden has worked hard to earn his Wolf award. He set a goal to complete it by the end of summer and he did it!! He was excited about the awards ceremony and couldn't wait to go to it. I had to paint his face for part of the ceremony. Kaden painted my nose with white paint. I also got a pin for helping him work towards his award. He had to pin it on my shirt.

After the awards ceremony they had some water games planned for the kids. Kaden got to participate in the tug-of-war and then we had to leave to meet up with some friends at the Maryland Renaissance Festival.

Kaden loves Harry Potter and so far has only read the first book. We gave him the book set for completing his Wolf Award. He couldn't wait to start reading the second book. :)

We are so proud of you Kaden and we love you!!

Wow, Kaden has gotten to be so big!! And he really should look into having his face painted all the time...

Good-job Kaden! It really does take a lot of work from Scout and Parents to get those things done. Our scout leaders are great and I really appreciate all they do. Luke loves scouts too. I see a lifetime of scouting in my future.
