Ice Skating, Good Food and Friends

Our good friends the DeGuzman's invited us to an ice skating & dinner party. It was Kaden and Kaylee's first time ice skating. Kaden LOVED it. There is no chance he could have remained standing for more then a second without the walker. He fell down several times with it but kept smiling and getting right back up. Kaylee on the other hand was frustrated and kept whining that she wasn't good at it. After ice skating we met up with Geoff and headed over to the DeGuzmans to visit with our good friends and eat delicious food. It was a fun night. Thanks Jonathan and Jasmin!!!

I don't know if you've seen Jonathan's video on his blog of the evening, but there's a really cute shot of Kaden on there. Grayson, like Kaylee, is only talking about how hard it was. :)

Looks like they are using walkers like old people. I was fully prepared to see Geoff (the old man he is) to be using one of the walkers as well...I was sad to see he missed the trip. Looks like you guys are having a good time. Why no pic of Jadee using the walker? (sorry, I can never remember how to spell your name)

I wish Isaac and I could have been there for ice skating. It looks like everyone had tons of fun.

It looks like a fun evening! And how nice that Kaden enjoyed skating so much. Since the rink is so close to your place, maybe you'll be able to go more!

Yeah for good friends! It looks like of have a great group friends to keep you having fun in Maryland. I also love the FHE that Kaden did. Sound like he has some great Primary teachers and parents. He seems to understand the plan pretty well. Kids crack me up. Luke was explaining a scripture to us on Monday and it was pretty accurate, but so funny to hear it from a little kid.

Adam,
I had to push Kaylee's walker around the rink.
