Twas the Night Before Christmas show
We had a great time at the Disney World Christmas party. We saw the show "Twas the night before Christmas", the kids went to a dance party with Chip and Dale, we had hot cocoa and cookies, watched a Christmas parade, watched fireworks and got right on most of the rides without a wait. We were even able to go on the Goofy Barnstormer ride 3 times in a row without having to get off of the ride. The kids thought that was great!
We also went to Epcot for the first time and loved it! We went to the Animal Kingdom and saw the Lion King show which was amazing. Kaylee also met Jasmine and Aladdin. We met our friends at the Port Orleans hotel and took a river boat ride to Downtown Disney where we ate at the Rainforest Cafe for my birthday dinner. It was also our first visit to Downtown Disney. We were only able to see about half of it. I can't wait to go back and see the rest! This was the best birthday I have ever had. Thank you Geoff! Unfortunately our camera was accidentally set to the lowest quality setting. I did however take a lot of pictures so I will post some and then see if I can make a slide show of the rest.

Did you make sure that the hot cocoa wasn't laced with caffeine? sounds like you guys had a great time...and you were even wearing coats. We were so proud!! Happy Birthday and Merry Christmas.

Marlene my birthday was on the 19th and we didn't have time to stop by Clark and Tiffany's. We need to call them and set a date to get together before we run out of time.
Oh and Adam I just assumed that Disney World wouldn't drug their hot cocoa with caffeine.:)However they did make it so hot that it burned our tongues!
It looks so fun. I loved looking at the pictures. I can't wait for May! I'm so glad you had a Happy Birthday. I'm also glad that the Chip and Dale dancers turned out to be Disney characters!
Wow where did the time go. I totally missed the birthday thing!! Sorry I have had a husband out of town and sick kiddos' But remember that we love ya and we are sorry we missed that fun day for you.
We sure miss you guys. I wish you were coming home for Christmas. We'll miss and we think about you often. I'm glad you had so much fun, what a dream come true for a birthday!
